A NEIMAN’S FANTASY HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN
🎯 Objective

  • To co-lead the editorial and coordinate post-production for the high-visibility Neiman’s Fantasy Holiday 360 Campaign video and multi-platform assets, successfully delivering the brand’s most important annual marketing effort while bringing to life a story of enchantment and fantasy.

 

🛠️ My Primary Contributions

  • Storytelling Foundation: We were tasked with building a narrative arc inspired by themes of Alice in Wonderland and the music of Danny Elfman (Edward Scissorhands), using editing to create curiosity, tension, and resolve.
  •  
  • Editorial Leadership: I led the edit of the campaign video, responsible for pulling selects, and editing the primary sequence with strict cross-reference to the storyboard. Producing cutdowns and resizing content for multi-platform distribution.

  • Collaborative Refinement: Successfully incorporated refinements throughout the review process from an extensive team, including the Chief Brand Officer and Creative Directors.

  • Technical Hand-off: Contributed to the preparation of files for the external VFX artist, ensuring seamless technical integration of effects with the final footage.

  • Massive Reach: The campaign video and cutdowns were central to the campaign’s success, amassing over 1.7 million views on YouTube and 400k+ views on Instagram.

  • Agile Delivery: Successfully navigated an extraordinary team effort, working through a major, unanticipated creative pivot in direction to ensure the high-stakes holiday launch deadline was met.
