This project demanded high-level coordination and efficiency, resulting in a full event recap video delivered within a 24-hour turnaround window to meet the immediate PR needs of the event. My role comprised both on-set direction and post-production management. Located at the downtown Neiman Marcus store, I accompanied the videographer backstage, where I directed shots to be captured with the models and ensured the footage met luxury brand standards.

I served as the technical liaison with the live event production team, aligning on multicam shots and confirming video specs for a smooth asset handover and post-production workflow. By maintaining this strict technical oversight and rapid editorial execution, I successfully delivered the final asset showcasing the collection and featuring co-creative directors Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia.
