NETSYNC CONFERENCE HYPE VIDEO

Served as Creative Lead and AI-Integrated Video Producer on a fast-track, 3.5-minute cinematic opener for Netsync’s annual Sales Kickoff event — a four-day conference for 120 senior sales and engineering professionals. Led the full production lifecycle from concept and storyboarding through post-production delivery, developing a hybrid visual strategy that combined AI-generated sequences, typography, and stock footage. The core creative challenge: the client wanted to incorporate the energy and imagery of the World Cup without producing a sports video. Solved this by developing a visual narrative concept that uses athleticism as a metaphor rather than a subject — drawing a deliberate parallel between the mindset of a competitive athlete and the grit, focus, and determination of a Netsync engineer or sales professional. The result is a tech-forward story that feels athletic without relying on sports as its foundation. Visual language spanned soccer beauty shots, athlete sequences, data center and cybersecurity imagery, and real-world depictions of Netsync’s teams in the field. AI tools utilized included Midjourney(Moodboards) for image generation and style development, RunwayML and Higgsfield (Kling) for AI video generation and motion sequences, and Claude and Gemini for strategy and production planning support. Delivered a complete project file handoff including all source assets and development files, optimized for high-bitrate 1080p video wall playback.
